Information for the Upcoming ACTA ISSF National Championships

If you are heading to Echuca this weekend to attend the ACTA ISSF Nationals as a competitor, spectator or volunteer, there is some important information that you have an obligation to familiarise yourself with.

COVID SAFE GUIDELINES

The event will be compliant with the Victorian Clay Target Associations Community Sport and Recreation CovidSafe Plan that can be found here.

To summarise the key components:

MANDATORY DOUBLE VACCINATION

  • All attendees (competitors, staff, officials, volunteers, spectators) must have received their double vaccination and be able to provide proof of this (or provide proof of an exemption)
  • Anyone purchasing tokens for practice will be asked to provide their vaccination certificate (digital is preferred)
  • Before collecting their athlete competition bib, all competitors must show their vaccination certificate

  • Seek medical advice when/if required
  • The COVID Marshall will assist you with identifying and notifying your close contacts and working through the next steps
  • The COVID Marshall, in conjunction with event organisers, will make any necessary announcements to the event population and activate any required contingencies
  • If you have access to a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) it is strongly recommended you include this as part of your travel kit as a ‘just in case’

  • This includes when entering the clubrooms to make a purchase to the canteen
  • Face masks may be removed when seated inside the clubrooms eating or drinking, but it is recommended you make your purchase and move outside to consume
