Paralympics Paris 2024

The 2024 Olympic Games will be held in Paris however the shooting events will be held at the French National Shooting Centre, the Centre National de Tir Sportif (CNTS) in Chateauroux which is approximately 270 kilometres from Paris. Read more on the Olympic Website.

The shooting events for the Olympic Games are scheduled to take place between 27 July and 5 August and for the Paralympic Games between 30 August and 5 September (final event schedule subject to change until commencement of the Games’).

Shooting Australia has compiled some ‘Questions and Answers’ to address the qualification and eligibility requirements for those vying for nomination to the Australian Team for Paris 2024.

On day 5 of Para Shooting Sport competition at the National Shooting Centre in Chateauroux, Australia’s Natalie Smith, 4 time Paralympian, secured her spot in the R8 Women’s 50m Rifle 3 Position final after shooting a qualification score of 1156.
