This insurance can help protect your club if a third party claims they have suffered personal injury or property damage due to the negligence of the club.

Who’s Covered?

This insurance covers Member Organisations and affiliated clubs, members, officials, voluntary workers, first aid persons and administration personnel.

Public Liability

• $20,000,000 limit on any one occurrence
• Nil excess

Product Liability

• $20,000,000 limit on any one occurrence and in the annual aggregate
• Nil excess

Management Liability Insurance

This insurance can help cover a range of financial risks for your club’s directors and officers and can cover some of the costs associated with an employee stealing funds from the club.

This insurance covers Member Organisations and affiliated clubs, members, officials, voluntary workers, first aid persons and administration personnel.

• $10,000,000 limit in the aggregate during the period of insurance
• $1,000 standard excess
• $10,000 employment practices excess

Personal Injury Insurance

This insurance is designed to help offer peace of mind to members, participants and volunteers of your club by having protection costs related to an injury sustained whilst involved in a shooting activity.

Who’s Covered?

This insurance covers Member Organisations and affiliated clubs, members, officials, voluntary workers, first aid persons and administration personnel.

Non-Medicare medical benefits

• 75% reimbursement up to a maximum of $3,000
• $50 excess
• 52 week benefit period

Capital Benefits (death and permanent disablement)

• $100,0000 maximum ($10,000 if under 18 years of age)

Loss of Income

Lessor of 85% net income lost or $1,000 per week.

7-day excess period

Professional Indemnity Insurance

This insurance can help protect your club against allegations of a breach of professional duty arising from negligent acts, errors or omissions whilst engaged in organised club activities.

This insurance covers Member Organisations and affiliated clubs, members, officials, voluntary workers, first aid persons and administration personnel.
